How Your Beliefs Impact Your SAT and ACT Prep

"I am" is a powerful phrase. Just as powerful is the word that follows it.

What follows the "I am" is a belief that you have about yourself.

"I am smart."  /  "I am stupid."

"I am capable."  /  "I am lost."

"I am confident."  /   "I am worried."

"I am strong."  /  "I am anxious."

​To at least some extent, your beliefs create your reality. If you want to change your reality, start by examining your beliefs. 

In today's video, I share one of the most important I am's that you can take into test day and why this is such an important belief to adopt not just for test day, but also for life in general :)
